Previous clients we had worked with in London asked us to lead the architectural and interior design of their newly acquired Tribeca Loft space.
The 3,500 sqft loft was in need of complete refurbishment and new layout to accommodate our clients growing family. We replanned the spaces to provide 4 ensuite bedrooms, an impressive foyer entry, home office and open plan loft living spaces carefully subdivided with key features to zone different areas whilst retaining an open loft feel. We retained brickwork and tin ceilings as original features and introduced areas of internal crittal style glazed partitions to enhance to the industrial luxe aesthetic throughout.
