We were asked to design and oversee refurbishment works to this duplex 4 bedroom family apartment within a Grade 2 Listed period building on Queens Gate, South Kensington. The apartment was to be sold and required several rooms to have a full refurbishment with new staging and styling throughout to achieve best sale possible for our developer client and his family.
We installed a completely new bespoke kitchen, guest cloakroom and bedroom schemes and included new bespoke joinery to several rooms to maximise the property’s appeal.
