We were asked to design a new loft extension for a semi detached family home in South London to create a new master suite with dressing area and ensuite shower room. The key request was to maximise the sense of space and ceiling heights and create a hotel suite feel.
The vertical panelled glazing was designed to increase the sense of height as well as offering wide reaching views towards the twinkling City of London. We introduced a freestanding bath tub to the bedroom and positioned this to take in the views beyond.
