Our New York clients purchased an old property on an incredible bay-fronted plot in Southampton, New York as their weekend and vacation home when escaping the city.
We led the architectural design of the new build 6 bedroom house, including the design of custom kitchens and bathrooms, as well as providing our interior design services to fully furnish the house. The property includes a pool with integrated hot tub set in landscaped gardens as well as multiple decked terraces over various levels to take in the views across the bay waters. The main open plan living area is triple aspect to benefit from these views and to capture the sunsets. It is a project we are especially proud of.
