Apartment

We were asked to design a new layout for a 2 bedroom apartment within a period building in Royal Leamington Spa. We created a larger bathroom with freestanding bathtub and separate shower by reducing the size of the generous guest bedroom. We opened up the small kitchen to the living space to create a better balance of spaces and allow for a bigger dining area which was an important part of our client’s brief.
